1pm– Skins and Skulls: Stop by
the Lake Hope Nature Center and check out some bits and
pieces of the fascinating fauna that call Lake Hope
home.

11am–5pm– NATURE CENTER OPEN
2pm-Winter Bird feeding: Meet at the Lake Hope Nature Center and learn winter bird feeding basics and basic bird ID.
Sunday February 8th
9am-1pm– NATURE CENTER OPEN

2pm– Buds & Bark: Winter Tree ID
hike, meet at the Hope Furnace and go on an expedition
to learn how to identify trees without leaves. Cold
weather clothing/ hiking footwear recommended.

Saturday February 14th
11am–2pm– NATURE CENTER OPEN
2pm– Valentine’s Day Hike: Come
solo or bring a partner and meet at the Peninsula Trail
Head (next to the lodge road) and go on a brisk 3mile
Valentine’s Day hike. Cold weather clothing/ hiking
footwear recommended.

11am–5pm NATURE CENTER OPEN
2pm– Snakes Alive!: Meet at the
Lake Hope Nature Center and get up close and personal
with some of Ohio’s scaly inhabitants.
6pm– Owl Prowl: Meet at the Lake
Hope Nature Center and go on a walk through the
campground listening for Ohio’s most common owls. Cold
weather clothing recommended. Flashlights
optional.

Sunday February 22nd
9am– 1pm– NATURE CENTER OPEN
1pm– Stop by the Naturalist table
in the lobby of the Lake Hope Dining Lodge and check out
some natural curiosities, interesting artifacts and get
some information about the park.

11am– 2pm– NATURE CENTER OPEN
2pm– Peninsula Trail Nature Hike:
Meet at the Peninsula Trailhead ( near the lodge road)
and go on a brisk winter nature hike. Cold weather
clothing/ Hiking footwear recommended.
